RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
SAI HERBAL FARMS wants you to be satisfied with the products you purchase. We realize you may change your mind and want to return or exchange some purchases.
We will gladly accept any new, unopened products that are returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We do not accept CODs.
We do not accept returns of freeze-dried flowers and opened or used products.
DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the case of defective or damaged products, we will gladly exchange it for the same product if reported within 7 days from the purchase date. If a product within the shipment is damaged, we require photos of the shipment’s damaged packaging as well as photos of the damaged product itself. Without these photos, we are unable to process a claim and provide a replacement product.
In order to process a replacement for damaged or defective product(s), please return the merchandise to SAI HERBAL FARMS with a Return Authorization Number.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
All returns of unopened products must have a pre-approval. Returns without approval will be refused. Please follow these steps to ensure a prompt replacement, refund or credit. Please call or email firstname.lastname@example.org for information on our return process. All return packages must include your name, address, order number and reason for return. Use a strong carton and return package via USPS or UPS or FedEx. Be sure to pack your product carefully.

Keep a record of shipment/tracking information until you have received credit or replacement merchandise. Refunds will not be processed until the product is returned, inspected and approved. Once the refund is approved, please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to apply to your credit card account.
